I had a wonderful time in this hotel. The location in front of the lake was breathtaking. I enjoyed waking up to the stunning view every morning. Additionally, the staff was very kind and spoke English fluently. I appreciated their attention to detail, such as remembering my dietary restrictions and ensuring there were no eggs in my meals. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were also top-notch.
Nothing not to love.

Great lake views. Location within 2 miles of Hakka pass observatory. Placed within 10 minutes' car ride to Towada. It is not far from the airport;))

Adjacent to the city center and a bus stop. The view from our room was nice...

Our recent stay at the hotel by the magnificent lake was the best experience ever. The location was fantastic, a breathtaking view of the lake from the room made the stay unforgettable. the staff was very helpful and spoke great English. The traditional Japanese menu for breakfast was delightful, and the onsens were probably the best we have ever tried.
One downside of the stay was the occasional maintenance issue.

The view from the room was really nice, as it overlooked a stunning lake. The hotel staff were helpful to some extent. They knew basic English and were able to guide me to nearby famous places.
The hotel needs some serious renovation, starting from the old-fashioned interiors to the ancient air conditioning system. My room was not properly cleaned and was also quite dusty.

The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views of a nearby lake, adding to the peace and tranquility. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even remembering special dietary needs and accommodating every meal. The Japanese menu served at the hotel was a perfect way to experience local cuisine. The hot springs were fantastic, a great way to relax and unwind.
The rooms were not well-maintained and had some noticeable issues such as air conditioning and water temperature. the hotel was not able to accommodate my request for a specific room, making the initial check-in experience less satisfying than it could have been.
